52.14 does seem a bit harsh! I think a good target will be sub 54

Only a marathon on J profile that I can see, (although they used to be there).
I have no idea what my sprint speed is like.

Just finished a nice 6 x 1000m session. The cool air, rolling hills and 15mph wind made it abit challenging but I managed a fairly consistent 5:20mm pace with 2minute walk!og recovery between.

M,
Hi...crazy enough in 14yrs of highly competitive track I never ran the 3km and only rn the 5km om the track once and managed 5th place in 14:13. You could say my coaches and I felt I was most competitive in the 800m and 1500m events though I did do 400m in relay's as well as XC. My best 10km in XC was/is 31:37.

Blister,
Generally between upper 30f and 60f with a mix of wind and rain. We rarely get snow but did have one good storm a few weeks ago.

Interesting Jhuff, simular weather to us! Btw, do you remember what times you ran for 800m and the mile when you started out?
Cheers Alan, yeah that is useful. I think if anything it proves that you don't need a 52.14!
