Hills are a great target AL. I'd like to try that to. And I'm going for Fleecy's yogtember too - I've let my yoga practice (such that it is) slip recently.

I'm starting a beginners Archery course tomorrow.
Also going for a run with a friend I haven't run with before (getting back into running is hard).

For some indefinable reason September seems like exactly the perfect time to start archery.

Possibly it's because autumn will be along soon and I associated archery with being in the woods. Who knows. But yay! That sounds so fun!

Ooh Lizzie that sounds great!

I’m expecting a few new experiences in September and have always thought of September as a new start time of year.

Can I join

Not sure exactly what yet but getting stronger rehab.

I like the positivity idea may continue with that but blog it here last 10 days I did it on FB.

Maybe something to do with posture improving it. Something lacking there

Being assertive at work just a few ideas not necessarily big things

Oh I LOVE doing new things in Spring! I’m very on board with Starting Something In September. I’m not sure what though. I’ll have a little think.

V. happy that several of my fellow Newt Jinglers are IN IN IN.

You're allowed to have a Little Thinky but I shall be cracking the Sharkie whip about GETTING GOING.

(Mazlin you are a true Queen of the New, so I have no worries on your account)

Fierce and Focused Fleecy
It's funny, I am a bit obsessed with the fresh start effect, New Year's resolutions and when people choose to do new things or try to change habits. I've been thinking about it a lot recently, especially as I'm analysing my New Year's resolution study data right now. And also trying to keep up with my goal this year of running 80 miles a month :)
I'm starting Yotember, the rest of it I need to think about...
