Nutso Lazytoad!
LG Thanks :)

Alpen I can now answer that I feel like I have been run over by a steam roller! Oooh yoga never tried it but should as I'm not very flexible.

I've done pilates before but not yoga (well only a bit as part of Body Balance class). The exercises were really good for core and posture but I found it a bit serious!

:) Nut. ;-)

I tried yoga years ago and decided it wasn't for me, but a couple of years ago (it may be more now) a friend of mine found Ashtanga at our gym. It's a lot more dynamic than other versions so not so yawn-inducing for me. ;-)

ION, I seem to have just signed up for my first half-marathon in a couple of months. I'm really nervous about it now. :-o

Which half you signed up for AR?

Yoga and I do not get on. I have so little flexibility in any joints that the effects are comical and not at all helpful. Pilates wasn't much better.

I'm not very flexible either but it is improving with doing the yoga regularly. There's lots I can't do but I just sit there and look on rather bemusedly. ;-)

It's the Salisbury 5-4-3-2-1 half. When I went to put it in Fetch lists, I see he's got a big ad for the races there.
