Yes Alpen I am quick to moan when it's too hot but it won't last and I should enjoy it while it is here! I think taking it at a slower pace makes a difference when it's so hot. Lovely surprise for me this evening, my sister, her husband and two of their kids came for a surprise visit! Lovely evening :-)

Evening, *waves*

Glad everyone has been busy. I feel I have had a lazy week just because I haven't ran since last Saturday until parkrun yesterday :-( We were away and I did loads of walking :-).

After Alfie went home today I was going tobdo my 10 miler but was too tired so will attempt it this week.

Also Alpen I went to Kew many years ago and did loads of walking and still didn't see it all. Great place to visit :-)

Waves at LG. Loads of walking sounds good as does time with Alfie. Good luck with the ten miler to you and Alpen, I won't be doing it but will be doing a monthly round up once everyone's times are in (don't worry you have all got plenty of time!)

I dug out my shorts on Thursday and realised that I'd only switched to capris for the previous 2 runs.

Lg lazy my eye your always on the go

5k on my bill this morning down the canal in the pouring rain!! Not a bad pace no walking and I feel awesome!

1) Keep doing my leg exercises and add ankles to the plan
2) Cto5k/10k my way
3) Concentrate on 5k then 10k times
4) Try to get to +300 miles in a year (plus 1000 walking miles)
5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge

Mulb's Goals
1) to start building some strength and flexibility work into my week
2) to get back in to walking every day for at least 30 mins
3) to shift some of the extra heft I've gained this year
