Superb running from the Lemons.

Yay Helegant, well done.

Be careful Fragile and well done on the SB yesteday.

Love the new car Nutso heart

MM glad you enjoyed the tri :-)

Keep at it Kwala :-)

Got myself a PB yesterday 26.21 at parkrun - super chuffed as it has taken me over a year to knock off the seconds. Did 5 miles on Thursday so used them for the SAP race as we are away to Newcastle for a couple of days so only walking will be done. Looks like we are going to get some nice weather so that will help.

Enjoy your week folks

Well done Hel! You really are a member of the SAP club. :) medal :)

LG, how much did you actually knock off your time? I can't believe that I won so many points on the betting. Have fun in Newcastle. :)

Very well done Helegant for the tri and LG for the PB.

You guys are doing some really awesome and inspirational stuff - hopefully I am shuffling my way towards some equally impressive achievements :-)

I can't actually understand the betting....I only got 198 credits back for someone with a 6 minute PB today yet you got that much for 22 seconds :-(

This is from the betting guide - The amount you win from each stake is calculated by multiplying by the number of seconds taken off the PB by the number of races the runner has completed at the distance, divided by the distance of the race in miles, and finally divided by 100.

So the shorter the distance the more points you get per second, so a 22 sec pb on a 5k would be worth more than a 22 sec pb in say a half marathon. Also how many times you've done the distance, so if you've only done 2 5ks your 22 sec pb would get less points than if you've done 102.

(I used to be a bit obsessed with Fetch betting a few years back!!)
