Stew, how are you? You've gone very quiet and not logged any training lately. :(

LG, are you worth a bet then? ;-)

I've just realised that the SAP 5 is from this weekend so I'll wait until Sunday or next week to log that one. I'm also hoping to get a 10 in this month too as I'm getting a bit behind on my mileage.

Hello all and congrats Lem10 again on the job.

Have been running more consistently lately but still not far. Have my sprint tri this weekend then will start upping the running mileage. Just back from a lovely 4 mile run some in the rain

L10 congrats, I took a job for less money and to be happy 7 years ago I'm now way exceeding what I was money wise and I'm a happier person in a job I would never have had the opportunity to do in my old place. It will be fab for you 😊👍🏻

Hello again. Back having yet another go at this running malarkey after my last comeback was cut short by back problems. I'm on week 3 of a First Steps 12 week course at a local running club and doing a couple of extra sessions each week. Roped in a couple of friends which makes a huge difference in whether I actually make it out the door and what I do once I'm out :-)

Just off to read back a bit to catch up on what you've all been up to while I was in hiding!!

1) Keep doing my leg exercises and add ankles to the plan
2) Cto5k/10k my way
3) Concentrate on 5k then 10k times
4) Try to get to +300 miles in a year (plus 1000 walking miles)
5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge

Mulb's Goals
1) to start building some strength and flexibility work into my week
2) to get back in to walking every day for at least 30 mins
3) to shift some of the extra heft I've gained this year
