Fragile Do Not Bend
Damn, no running today as I have a sore hamstring muscle (looked it up, it's the biceps femoris). I don't think it's anything too bad but I have a few races coming up, including one I deferred from last year due to injury, so I had better be careful.

Good news I got a parkrun SB yesterday. Still 2 mins off my PB though, I'm starting to wonder if someone else was using my barcode back when that time was set! 😄

Nutso Lazytoad!
Fragile take care, sounds like a wise choice, well done on your season best 👍🏻

This morning I bought a new to me car, collect on Sunday then went for a run on an old railway bed out that way somewhere. It was very pretty and a good for the soul sort of pootle. Thus far I'm still on track for my yearly target too 😊

Hope we are well it's quiet in here at the mo.

Well done on the SB Fragile. Do take care of that injury though x

New car is v exciting Nutso, railway run sounds lovely.

MM - v impressed at the tri, I'd love to give one a go some day - need to get back running first though, lol! And then learn to swim without swallowing half the pool/lake, and get over my fear of cycling and then I'll be good to go!

A wee shuffle around the country park this morning, really enjoying it, I even went and ran in the rain on Thursday!!. Can't do much but can do more than I could when I restarted 3 weeks ago so it's all good :-)

MrLemon10
MrsLemon10 finished the epic marathon today and she was a star. No signs of running out of juice, she squeezed everything out of them leggies and I'm sure she will be on here soon to tell more after she peels off her kit to have a well deserved bath. Super running and you guys really help with all your encouragement. X

Afternoon all, well done Frag on the SB bunting

Glad you enjoyed your event MM :-)
Hooray for new car Nutso!

Hurrah for enjoying a run this morning Kwala! Glad you are back with us :-)

Anyway yes as Mr Lemon said I did Windermere marathon today, 6 hours 27 and some seconds. Loved it! Total contrast to last year, this was a great day! So much to tell you but we need food first, but Mr Lemon was amazing and got me round again! So that's my 10th marathon done, pretty happy with that, not bad for a slow and proud runner! :-)

Frag, well done on your SB yesterday and take care with that hamstring, you've been doing so well lately.
Nut, nice to run somewhere different for a change. What's your target for the year then? Hope the car's a good'un.
MM, the tri queen! :)

kwala, at least you're getting out there, I'm sure it'll improve with each outing and I think that 3 times a week is the way to go.
*waves* to MrLem.
bunting for the SAP marathoner! :) Lem, you are so lucky to have your very own running buddy at home, I wish I had one too. ;-)

I got out for my SAP 5 this morning. I went to clear my bugs but the somehow the map didn't transfer over so I did a route and deleted the distance. It didn't pick everything up but it did clear the bugs.
