That sounds good Womble! No run for me yet this week, I was going to run but then got sidetracked but it doesn't matter, nearly the weekend so I can get back on it then.

Not sure when I'll run next as I have guests coming for the weekend so my Fetching time will be seriously curtailed. Enjoy it, whatever you all do. :)

Well done Womble :-)

Ran my first continuous mile in over 5 years tonight, and added it as my SAP mile for June. Took 18:25, but hoping to knock a few mins off that by the end of the year :-)

Mandymoo, just join in, no rules, you just walk, run, crawl - whatever your ability and then add a couple of sap races to check your improvements. I am currently RW so submit a mile time to keep me motivated.

So after a long ass week in Portsmouth, got home Thursday at 9pm and in work Friday I'm utterly shattered it went really well and good contacts were made and lots of men in uniform seen! I got a run in whilst down there and parkrun today and back to my physio tonight. What with being busy all day and half the night in Pompey I haven't had chance :( I have drunk far too much too!! Oh well normal service has resumed 😊

5) Arrive at the BH marathon start line fit and healthy, and have fun whilst covering the challenge
