Oh dear, hugs for a few of you over there - Wom with a black dog and a lurgy, Kwala and a dodgy back, Mandy and a dodgy mole and LG with some dodgy spots. (((())))

mulbs, you're doing really well, just got to push on through now - you can do it. :)

Get well soon all those who need to, hugs for all. A lovely day out yesterday, up to the North Norfolk coast for a run along the Coastal path. Really enjoyed it, lots of big views (big skies and salt marsh as far as the eye can see). Lots of birds though I have no idea which ones. I will now do some research to see if I can recognise any of them.

Probably! Some black and white geese, lots of gulls and some waders with long straight beaks they kept poking into the mud. The only species I was able to spot and identify 100% was a robin!

How is everyone? I have been on leave this week and it's been brilliant. Stayed at home and had days out here and there and did loads of running. 40 miles this week to be precise and that is a first for me, I have never done more than about 30 in a week I think. It's all been slow, run/walk but it's been really enjoyable and I wish I didn't have to go back to work tomorrow! It was the SAP 5 today and I will use a 5 mile run I did on Friday I think.

Funnily enough, we had this week off work as well. However I rarely get much running in when we are off as we tend to spend most of the time walking (because my husband doesn't run). This week's total was a massive 3 miles, but on the up side I did it as Bushy parkrun.

This was a great week to have off weather-wise as apart from it being breezy it's been sunny and dry and at times quite warm.

That was great mileage Lem.
I'm off the week after next so hopefully get some miles in although on the Sunday I have a 10 mile race so won't be doing 40 miles ;-).

We had Alfie for a sleep over last night so walking was my theme today and so hopefully I will do my 5 miles either tomorrow or Tuesday
