Hi all. Get well soon Womble. Well done on the 10k. Alpen have fun on the slopes! We started our week off work today with a trip to the seaside! Drove to Thorpeness, walked to Aldeburgh, had fish and chips there and ambled round the shops. Then walked back to Thorpeness, had a drink and a cake and then back home. Great weather too. I think we did right staying close to home this week, we had thought of going away for the week but there are some lovely places near enough to here for a nice day out. Long trail run planned for tomorrow morning, and then I intend to reacquaint myself with the sofa in our conservatory 😴

I was at physio tonight things are going in the right direction, knee a bit niggly but not too bad pain in my glute but all coming from this damned toe I broke ages ago! Oh well, lots of painful things done to me 2 excercises lost 2 gained!! Back in 2 weeks ok to keep running but not to go ott

Nut, you're doing really well and I'm sure the cross training is doing you a lot of good too, although you may not think so at the time. :) I'm off to my sister's again to play in some of that white stuff. :)

Lem, you enjoy your holiday. I used to like having a week at home with not having to go to work. I used to just potter about around the house and garden. That was in the days when I didn't do any exercise. ;-)

LG, are you sure you're not working up to something? ;-)
