This does sound good Stewie! We are away on a mini holiday in Sussex and we have just run the whole way around Bewl Water reservoir. The signs said 13 miles and warned it would take 6 hours. It was just over 12 miles and just over three hours, very heavy going as a lot of it was thick slippy mud and of course it's much hillier than we are used to but great fun. It threw down after about 6 miles but we had jackets so were fine. Now back at the hotel re-fuelling on chocolate bars and hotel biscuits. pig.

The state we were in they'd have kicked us out! Mud from the knees down! Thing is, I didn't even know about it until after we had eaten a huge hotel breakfast! We had talked about maybe running at Bewl but the forecast was meant to be apocalyptic so we had thought maybe not. Then after a big breakfast he says he wants to run! A good time had by all, now off to his Uncle's house for a Chinese take away and see all the family, though honestly we are both knackered now and fancy a nap!

Fragile Do Not Bend
I'm not sure whether to hope the run goes ahead tomorrow, or to hope that it doesn't. My rational brain is sure that we can get there in these conditions, my emotional brain is going AAAGH SNOWMAGEDDON!!

Decided not to run today, not even a little one, as I still have a cough and I don't think running will achieve anything other than make me worry about falling over.

Hmm yes it's snowing here and the hotel car park is like sheet ice. We are staying indoors today, supposed to be going home tomorrow but if the weather is very bad tomorrow we might see if we can stay one more night and head home Sunday as the weather is meant to buck up then.

Frag don't know what to advise for you, see how it is when you wake up?

Nutso get well soon!

Stewie you are the incredible shrinking man, what are you doing to lose weight or is it just eating less and moving more?
