What an excellent medal, mind if I share* it?

* Meaning share the pic/knowledge. I'm not asking for a slice :-)

Lip Gloss
That is a serious piece of bling.
No running this week since Monday but as some of you know I have had Alfie most afternoons and all day today because of a family member being in hospital on DiL's side, sometimes running and training have to take a back seat. Hope to get out for a while tomorrow with DQ and others...weather permitting and if I can get out of my bed.
Hope everyone else is doing well and Nutso hopefully the lurgy is on the way out.

Great running Frag and I love the medal. :)

I'd rather have a nice medal than a poxy t-shirt any day.

DQ, I cna't believe that you were so well wrapped up but still had bare calves. ;-)

Attached to a runner gives it the credence I want to convey (fun + effort + real person). I know a new runner whose other half's stress relief is baking :-)
