I did put full length ones on at first AR but changed them as I thought I just might be too warm.

Fragile Do Not Bend
Of all the things that could be aching this morning, I wasn't expecting it to be my back. First time that's happened after a run.

I get that sometimes Frag but I know my core is weak as a kitten. It's chucking down here, it was snowing earlier though so I think rain is an improvement. Off out for a soggy run soon, can't say I'm keen but there you go, gotta get some miles in, though it won't be another long run like Thursday!

Thankfully it was that tense muscles sort of ache that a few yoga stretches have sorted out. I think that working on my form and getting in some strength training is paying off as nothing is aching too badly today. It probably also helped that the run wasn't on tarmac.

Damn Garmin didn't find a signal though which is annoying so had to log manually :( got home put in the window here found signal straight away what's that all about!

It's all gone today and back to 8c and short sleeves!! Nice 5.5 miles with MrDQ, daughter and a few others while the grandson and his dad played on the beach. They found a complete dolphin vertebra and a mermaid's purse. Then we all had a feed in the cafe :)

Nice running in that weather over there this weekend, well done everyone. :)

A friend took a pic of me and my sister waiting for the bus yesterday morning while it was still chucking down with snow. It's turned cold here too and was about -12*C today and it's supposed to be getting colder.

Looks pretty and pretty cold too! Love that you are on holiday with your sister!
Good running DQ and Nutso.
Now watching Freddie Flintoff in Australia, the series he did in the UK cooking fish and chips was so funny!
