Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hi folks! Hope the job is a bit less stressful, though those shifts long, don't know how you do it! Enjoy your trip to the Lakes! A nice 6 miles plod this morning, I took it slow and steady and just made sure I enjoyed it. Planning a longer one tomorrow. Then it was home for soup and toast. Mr Lemon has whisked up a batch of flapjacks now in the oven and we are watching his team (so also mine since I never really knew that football was a thing until we met) QPR.

If you have Sky Arts on your telly box, see if you can find on catch up Urban Myths, the Bob Dylan one was brilliant. Watched it this morning, Eddie Marsan who I just love. Anyway it made me laugh so I highly recommend it. :-)

L10 well done on the 6 saw you were below par hope you haven't got lurgy? Ooh shall look that up

Parkrun done this mor in nice and steady and all run so that's a bonus, still wheezy and glands still up but it's an improving picture I think.
