Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

You've got loads of time - and you get 10 hours to finish it in. 😀 Sorry to stick a spanner in the works. I'll do the cakeathon if you are really set on it, I'll check with Traviss if I will get one in a different colour.

Hi guys, hope youre all well. :)

Have you nothing lined up for a new job yet Lem ?

Sorry to hear about the back pain doing the rounds, I had a sports therapist/Physio have a look at my back before Christmas, best £30 I ever spent I reckon, already knew my upper back was tight but never realised how much, he sorted that out pretty quickly and I also bought a foam roller off Amazon to loosen up my lower back and although Im no expert on those devices it was well worth the money too.

amazon.co.uk

My race number turned up for my 5 mile race this weekend, first race in 7 yrs and I/m a bit nervous tbh :)

Hi Mad4Purple - I had added you as a buddy - I tend to blog in buddy mode but happy to add SAPS. Hope the PF settles down soon xx

Lemon - big hugs, I hope a light in your escape tunnel flashes soon - I know how it feels, always here if you want to sound off or want a hug xx

Nutso - hope you are feeling brighter soon, I can't have my tough bunny feeling ill xx

Stewie - I love my foam roller but mine doesn't have nobbly bits :-o My pilates teacher has shown me a few things for stretching out my shoulders and massaging my back - just need to keep on top of the concrete shoulders now ;-) Just enjoy your 5 miler, butterflies are good - you can do this - go Stewie!

That's fab Mandy, I will book the Betteshanger marathon then. My aim is to do my first marathon this year and this would be one I'm sure I can complete in the time limit!
