I did look out for you all in the crowds but didn't see you. ;-) Glad you all had a good time. :)

This morning, the stairs tell me that I have legs and a bum again. :)

Re. The cakeathons, I've got to practice cake making at some point, and figure out one I can make in advance for the Kent one as we'll be travelling down on the Friday after work. Don't want to hand over a stale cake on Sunday, Traviss is a cake connoisseur!

Fragile Do Not Bend
That's great AR! I still have lurgy so only gardening for me today.

My cake baking skills are pretty rusty so I need to find a fool proof recipe. At least I have an aga which is supposed to be really good for baking cakes.

Wel, done Alpen, and you'll be having a very active break if you are off skiing. Enjoy the gardening Frag, these purges seem to be hard to shift but you'll be on the mend in another day or two.

Just back from 8 miles. I had thought of doing ten but only did 6 last week so 8 seemed the sensible option and it was good, felt nice and steady. The weather is mild for now, got to make the most of it!

I bet that will be a popular race DQ! I should think the scenery will be lovely and many folks will be wanting to sample a wee dram at each distillery!
