Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Yay would love to meet up with you one of the days there! Any other SAPs fancy it, 10 hours to do a marathon makes it sound very do-able on Saturday and then Sunday is just run as much as you want, and on a slightly different course at the same venue I think.

We have already booked a B&B, Mr Lemon is quite OCD about reading reviews and we've booked a fab looking place called the old vicarage, looks "well posh" so they will probably grimace when we stagger in all sweaty after Saturday, hair plastered to my head and salt marks on my face :-)

Fragile Do Not Bend
I'm up for one of those, I could do either as it's not a Saturday I'm working. I don't think I could do both though!

Yay Frag! :-). I am planning to do some back to back long runs at weekends as training for it, but have no expectations for Sunday really. See how the training goes.

Hark the Helegant Angels Sing
I'm looking at the Saxon Shore events with some interest. Which ones are folks interested in? (Nothamptonshire woud suit me better than Kent though.)

I'm in the Northamptonshire cakeathon but I think that has sold out. Just entered Betteshanger marathon and the cakeathon the next day in October. Still looking at their other events though!

Fragile Do Not Bend
I'm probably going to book some of the weekday ones (as well as one of the October ones Lem is doing). As I work part time, which includes some Saturdays, it's nice to be able to do events that don't impinge on the time Mr Fragile & I have at the weekends.

I'm already booked on the advent challenge on 1st December as last year's medal was awesome!

Lip Gloss
Had a fab day and met some really lovely fetchies. We had parkrun in the Morning, some of us went for coffee after then we went back to hotel to shower and change and then met up again in a pub in the city centre for lunch. As the XC races were on nearby we went to watch to Mo running and then back to pub for food and drinks. The pub was nice and relaxed and some of us ended up playing dominoes lol. Back in my room now and time for bed as DQ and myself are heading off for an early breakfast before getting the train home
