I got up somewhere between 4 and 5 - felt like I'd had an OK night and no way could I get back to sleep.

My lack of sleep is catching up with me and I am just about to head off to bed.
Hopefully I get a full night although I suspect there will be a bathroom visit and then its touch and go whether I can sleep again or not

I got sleepy spray and a balm for my birthday this week but as of yet they have made no difference

I'm trying hard not to go to sleep early in the hope I can get my sleep hours back to something more normal than 10-4 or 9 til 3.

Anxiety dream woke me about 3.30, I’d just dropped off again after husband got up at 5, but he woke me again bringing tea because he thought I was srill awake
