Feeling disappointed that my ride didn’t appear on Garmin Connect after syncing my Forerunner with my phone.
Then it dawned on me that I used my Garmin Edge to record the ride. I’d only worn my forerunner as a watch.

2 hours ago I noticed I had been working for 3 hours with headphones on and no music. 3 minutes ago I realised I had not changed that. I am now listening to music.

I fancied a pot of tea, and being a polite sort of person I asked Mrs Chrisity if she wanted a cuppa. Coffee for her. I boiled the water, put the tea bag in the pot, added the water, put a spoonful of coffee in the teapot..........

Whilst I'm on a roll, watching University Challenge tonight the question was which King had Margaret Beauchamp as his mother. My immediate reaction was "It was the one before Henry VIII". I rather spoiled it my then thinking "Now, was that Henry VIth?"

Early this morning after finishing a night shift my work buddy said the Lionesses won last night didn't know they were playing
I looked on my phone noticed their next match was in the 7th
I was totally confused thinking in football matches they normally have a few days between matches. How dare they
Took me about 5 minutes to realise their next match is October 7th. We are still in September
