Ground coffee, put into filter machine, added water, pressed start. Pity the jug was still sitting on the draining board. Spotted it fairly quickly, only had one mug’s worth to mop up!

Not a senior moment as such but a moment involving a senior who’s not quite got the hang of modern technology and I didn’t know where else to post this -
The parentals are on their dillies in Germany and mum was txting instead of WhatsApp so I asked her to switch over. She said it wouldn’t let her. I told her to delete the app and then load it on again. She then rang me using my dads phone saying hers wasn’t working at all and that it must be because Dad had switched off the internet at home and could I pop in and switch it on again.
Bless her cotton socks

I’ve just asked her what network she’s with (so I could google what she needed to do, if anything) and she sent me the details of their hotel’s WiFi 😂😂
But at least she replied using WhatsApp!!

There's a thread on here called "What do you know today that you didn't yesterday" ... As I cannot for the life of me remember the password to my work emails today (but could remember it yesterday), I reckon that "What do you not know today that you did yesterday" might be a useful sub-title for this thread
