Nice warm up for the Alloa Half a week later. I really hope I'm fit in time! And not forgetting the cake!
Son of a Pronator Man Jan 2012 11:15am, 16 Jan 2012 6,001 posts	0 Son of a Pronator Man FF, like others have said, it's multi terrain so trail shoes are recommended. We ( the Wee County Harriers) are trying to pitch it as a good value race (£7/£9 in advance), soemthing a bit diffferen trunning wise and a good feed after. If you have run it in the past, unfortuately the race HQ at the Diageo plant is no longer available so we will have something else nearby sorted for race day. I'll post details here and everywhere else I can think of to keep you up to date

Has anyone done this and can offer a good route, or perhaps make public a route on here or sumfink. Much obliged and all that.
