So, any Dundee parkrun enthusiasts out there? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

Hot off the press, there's a kick-off meeting arranged for Friday, 27th January 2012 in the Function room at the David Lloyd Leisure centre, Arbroath Road, DD5 4HB (ie. Where Sweatshop is based)

Facebook: facebook.com Twitter: twitter.com

If you're interested in being kept up-to-date, drop me an email (richard@parkrun.com) and I'll keep you posted with updates. Hope to have a poster re. the meeting soon for sticking up at Gym's, offices etc if you know folk likely to be interested.

I'm interested in a parkrun in dundee but current plans suggest it will be at Monikie which is over 7 miles from central dundee - if it was in Dundee would be in more of a position to become involved - just not sure I'd want to drive all that way. Unfortunately that Friday I'm busy so can't come to meeting.

At least Monikie is a proper park.

(Yeah yeah, I know there's proper parks in Dundee too. Clearly I'm biased because Monikie would be handier for the Angus coast dwellers, of which I am one :-))
