After the top of HBH it's a good long down hill for recovery to a flat finish.

There was lots of cake at the Fetch Mile. And pizza. And hot chocolate. :-)

And snow.... :-0

I'm looking at this wrong. It's currently three short runs with two short walks in between. That's better!

Great fun today at the Greenmantle Dash. Nice to meet Star X. I'm nursing a few cuts and bruises. My easter egg technique for getting off the hill (cone) was a partial success!

what do yo think people. Sore quads from the the Greenmantle dash. Going up and down stairs is sore. Should I go out tonight with the Lothian Running club for 10k or should i rub them until they stop hurting?
