I'll be there anyway - whether I make it on time for the actual Parkrun is, as ever, open to betting! Also planning to promathon on 1st. Was hoping for a speedy run but my Christmas blubber seems to have build up rather nicely with 4 days rest so I'm thinking 'speedy' may be how it feels but not so much what the clock says I may run there and back

I see Gobi is thread Admin, but rather than ask him to manage this for us would it be better to start a "Scottish Runners 2012" thread with a local as Admin who can update the thread regularly? I don't mind volunteering if no-one else fancies it?
