Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hello! I'm relocating from the North East to Thame, in Oxfordshire, just after Christmas. I'm slightly worried because the Thame Running club looks tiny! Can anyone tell me how to find out if there are any Fetchies in the area? I've tried the map, but it doesn't seem to load.

Apologies for my technical incompetence!

xx

First go to your profile, choose the locations tab and change your postcode to your new address.
Then go to the people section.
Here you can choose to look at people near you.
This will give you a list of fetchies and their distance from your postcode.
It is quicker than waiting for the map to load.

I'm not in Thame (Oxford actually), but a friend of mine has taken up a bit of running as an antidote to all the cycling he does and seems to like Thame Running Club. Here's his first experience of running with them the other week: strava.com Thame is quite small, so lots of loops required for an evening lit run. There is also the Phoenix Trail which follows an old railway line, direct to the Chilterns.

Hope the move goes well.
