Depends how far you want to travel - I drove down to Carlisle 3 or 4 years ago for the Brampton to Carlisle 10 Mile. Very flat, but be aware it's point to point ( east to west ) so you could be 10 miles into a headwind, or you could get lucky with a tailwind. It was ( not sure if still is ) entry on day, so you could decide whether to run based on weather. They bus you from Carlisle out to Brampton at the start.

I ran it last year Princesszee. Get neon-ed up to the max. Tutus, glow sticks any kind of flashing lighty thing. It is more a fun run so don't go expecting to race it. Huge crowds and photo ops at the kelpies. Lots of families.

There's a ten mile race in Perth around Spring time that's pretty flat, done it a few times.

Yes, Tay 10 in Perth must be the flattest in Scotland. Start slightly North of town centre but accessible by train/bus (well, if they run early enough). Aside from that and the Tom Scott, all other Scottish 10 milers seem to be of the hilly variety.

Fancy the Tay 10 myself. It would be a nice warm up for the Great Edinburgh Run.

Thanks for the comments. I expect I'll end up doing Tom Scott again but although its mostly flat the switchback bit around mile 7 got to me a bit (quads and knees).
