If I had any energy left I would've punched him Tizer, how about being at the foot of the hill with your gear on and pacing us up as we arrive before going back down to find the next poor runner !

Don't want to jeopardise any training for Manchester through doing anything silly, but hopefully this cold will go do one and be gone by the weekend

There are 26 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.

Current locations are Aberdeen, Ayr, Camperdown, Drumchapel, Dunfermline, Edinburgh, Eglinton, Elgin, Ellon, Falkirk, Ganavan Sands, Greenock, Hazelhead, Inverness, Kirkcaldy, Linwood, Livingston, Perth, Pollock, Portobello, Springburn, St Andrews, Stonehaven, Strathclyde, Tollcross and Victoria.
