Tizer
I'll hopefully be somewhere near the top of 'the hill' to cheer you all through. I'm a few weeks away from being able to run it unfortunately...although I don't have a place anyway. Enjoy

I was thinking of being cheerleader at Sterling mills again this year. Early enough in the race that I can get back to start and hopefully catch some of you.

A catch up and a cake sounds good - I may be there with family so as long as it's kiddie friendly then count me in.

Tizer, you're always at the worst place on the course, and I want to curse you!

Dv, no, it was about 5 years ago, wasn't it?! D'Nisi? :-) G

Yeah, I remember Tizer being there before when the pain of the late hill is at its worst. If I had any energy left I would've punched him ;-)

Tizer, how about being at the foot of the hill with your gear on and pacing us up as we arrive before going back down to find the next poor runner !

I'm heading to Inverness too OC, although have started to get a cold so I'll see how I feel or if I will be a DNS. Don't want to jeopardise any training for Manchester through doing anything silly, but hopefully this cold will go do one and be gone by the weekend :)

Options for eating in Alloa have improved recently. The Old Brewery is the place we went to before, there is now a Costa coffee in the High Street and a Weatherpersons called the Bobbing John.

Spoilt for choice in Aloha. Sounds good, I might join in if my legs still work afterwards.
