I agree Baz. They are a nice touch. Makes a real difference on some of the darker sections.

further to my previous. work has apparently started on the between Hallglen and Redding/Reddingmuirhead. spotted small tippers with black material going towards Hallglen from my back bedroom.

Some parts of the towpaths on the Caledonian Canal have been much improved but remain dirt. It'll be interesting to see if the good surface lasts.

Hi. Think there are quite a few oc us doing Alloa half on Sun 20 Mar. Anyone e fancy a spot cake after and a natter? There was quite a good cafe we went to before - can anyone remember name. Dvorak, Soap Man, ? Cheers :-) G

I am doing Alloa, but my folks are on driving duties so wont be hanging around at the end. Hopefully see some people at the start and even during the race

There are 26 regular parkruns in Scotland which are held every Saturday at 9:30am.
