Lyrics: nope

What: 13.12M long slow run
Why: building endurance as per plan
Last hard: that was, but not as hard as last week's 12M
Last no-run day: Wednesday

Felt good today, and a bit faster than the HM long run I did about a month ago. I think the speed work during the week and my attention to stretching and better food is helping. If not that, put Traumeel on the doping list, even though that stuff is homeopathic and it should all be between my ears. (I'll take psychosomatic that works, thank you very much.)

No parkruns in Belgium that I'm aware off, but fun to see how many of you are involved in running it (both the distance and the organising)

@Velociraptor: hope you had a fun 10K. I miss club/circuit points a bit, I must admit.

Like @Slowboy, I should make an effort to be more consistent with this tread but somehow during the week I don't get round to opening my personal computer. I'm still running on other days than the ones I post LOL

Thanks, @tinebeest. It was the suffering sort of fun but I'm happy with how I ran it.
