They've offered me a full refund if not happy with that. Just crunched some numbers : 80m at 15 min/mile is approx 45 seconds, whilst at 7 min/mile is approx 20 seconds, so a 25 sec "loss" if 80m in total, or 50sec loss if 80m each way. Hmmm, decisions...........

I'm not so bothered as using it as a long run in marathon training
