Winded
More likely worried about liabilities in case someone falls on a loose paving slab, or trips on a blade of grass or something.

Well my pal pb'd on the course today and her OH won MV45 so can't have been that bad :-) She reckoned the walk was counteracted by the addition of jelly babies at either end ;-)

I thought it was a really lovely race, well organised with lovely volunteers. The first stop - my legs thought 'Yay - all done' and then the second was more like 'no - don't make me stop, i won't start again'. However, the jelly babies were a lovely touch and we weren't running in the olympics so it was worth it to be part of such a great event I think.

Not as far as I know, certainly everyone I saw was walking.

Got something to say?
