Scaling up to 1 min run 30 secs walk this morning. Only 2.5 miles but no issues so onwards and upwards.

What a great outcome lin50! And what a time Pam!! Going well Muttley with that scaling up. I throw in a couple of "doublers" during my 30/30 but feel it! At some point scaling up will happen.... |

I’ve decided that 30/30 will be my limit whenever I get back to running. I’ve had too many visits to the injury bench and am looking for longevity.

I did a few 60/30 on my 5k this morning which were tolerable! Was glad to resort to 30/30 and I still hit my max HR....which is why I'm on this regime. Longevity is to go for XB! I'm hoping to notch up another decade if I'm careful and lucky. |

Resorted to heart rate only this morning on a 5k jaunt....after reading loads of articles on HR. With my family history re cardio and me awaiting cardiology appointment I don't want to collapse on route anywhere. Nice early morning run/walk, though annoyingly I note it was probably more walk/run.😂 |

Morning team! So I also was on the HRM this morning - I kept HR to below 155 and shockingly only walked for 3 mins of the 35 I was out which proves fitness has improved. Walks were after inclines Kept run short then made up time by swimming too |

Morning so today I went back to 60:30 and because it's silly hot decided to stop pottering and actually run my run bit HR wasn't too high but legs shocked so it seems I have got far to used to potter and that I need to start actually running to make some improvements opted to miss my swim in favour of the longer run and a sit in the conservatory this morning = didn't want to go to work haha Garmin now says I am 39% heat adapted whatever that means! It's the only figure that seems to be improving lately LOL Stay safe people |

Where do you get the heat adapted comment from, EvilPixie ? Never seen it on my F7, do I need to set something up? |
