That's special Pam!
I'm on a similar roll EvilPixie, did my highest weekly so far this year last week (32.9!) and June was my third highest mileage in thirty years! However, not as good quality these days and trusting that slowly improving via run/walk will see me through. My wife did the first 20 miles of an 80 miler this weekend starting at 4 mins run/1 minute walk and then running as she felt. It "worked", she was first woman!

Oops...error sorry! Just been "advised"(!) by the Mrs that she did the first 18 hours at 4/1. Dunno where I got the 20 miles from!
Get out there Lip Gloss!🏃I know what you mean though when it's a struggle , just make it short and sweet then.

I'm very much enjoying 3/2 and it doesn't seem to have been detrimental to my 'speed' as did a 6:31 mile at the club handicap on Thursday evening, and followed up with (another) age category 'win' at parkrun on Saturday

I did a nice steady 7 miles on my 4:1 ratio - 1.18. Project joker wanted a 12.54 pace but I felt comfortable at 11.09.
