What a fab time/pace of again Lip Gloss. I'd have been happy with a total run at that pace but it will have to wait!
10k with gym boss at a lowly 30/30 which I enjoyed regardless. Very pleasant conditions out there today although the wind is picking up again now.

You're all still at it, good to see :-)

Hurty calf update: the physio he say resume very gently, start with 30:30 for a mile or so to test it. And ramp up gradually. Might have a go at that tomorrow.

parkrun done - 90/30 intervals. Did 34:09 - parkrun friends did question whether I was taking it easy enough - however one was marshalling about 500m from the end and said I looked good and not as though I was pushing the pace

Glad you're back to it Muttley, I rather like 30/30! Did that for 3.4 miles this morning. Good enough.....but nowhere near or as good as Jen and Pam; you're both doing amazingly well on this run/walk ... though I kind of hope that your 8.54 pace was all run Pam! If not then I'm going to have to learn race walking😂

Parkran yesterday at 2:00/ 0:40, due to having been on my feet and broiling in a warehouse all week. 36:14 @ < 60% awhr. I ran through three walks (first/ downhill) so the actual walking was 6:40/ c 630m. Decent enough.

Just over 15 mins this morning at 30:30, testing the calf, went well enough. On the one hand frustrating because I want to do some "proper" running. On the other, quite an agreeable way of just shuffling along. I think I'll stick with it as I extend the distance. I keep thinking of getting one of those Gymbosses as the Garmin's vibration and sound notifications are not always strong enough.

9 miles of run/walk this morning. 2 miles 60/30 on my way to Snickerthon (a local ‘race’), then a mix of 90/30, 60/30 and 30/30 for the 6.5 miles of Snickerthon, followed by 0.5 miles at 30/30 as a cool down. Steady pace today averaging between 11.30 per mile-12mins per mile.
