Tonight was definitely a test of my mettle. 5 miles in the dark after a long day on the road crunched up in my wee ‘jamjar’, legs were not happy. But they got me round. Still in. 😁
GWS, Em - there’s always next month.

I run in the morning during the week, such that I'm home and in the shower by 6:30. This morning that meant getting up at 5:20 - that got me back three or four minutes early, so tomorrow I should be able to move it to 5:15. This morning was first time with head torch. Glad the longest run of this third is Saturday so I can have a lie in, and it will be back to 5:50 for the start of next week.

My buddy wasn’t around today so ran on my own, it was faster but not as much fun.

Best wishes for your interview, Em
Ready for 9km! Tomorrow's a normal run day for me so it's not A Thing. Saturday's 10km is another matter, but I'm doing this challenge for the experience of managing the difficult days.

Funky, I didn’t think distance bothered you, you seem to have done more than enough in your WSWs match against me
