Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

The total score on 30th Nov for us all is 168 (km). To-day (18th) we reach 90 and pass half way, so the daunting stat for me is we have to do in the next 12 days almost what we did in 18 days in the first half of the month, if that makes sense?

Tomorrow will be tough for me as having to do it in the dark after work, thankfully a club mate has offered to come with me For company

I find the best policy is to not think about it ;)

Funny how runs go. Monday's run was a struggle, but Tuesday's was fine. Only 2 more long runs to go before the next recovery period.

Well this morning's run was vile and the thought of 10k tomorrow makes me want to cry. If tomorrow's weather at least doesn't dump gallons of rain on me and try to blow me sideways like it did today, that will be a blessing.

Remind me why I'm doing this? ;-)

See, that sounds better. After tomorrow, the 1, 2 , 3, 4km runs aren't so bad.

I think I might be going a little mad. Was thinking about the 10k tomorrow so I decided that I would go a bit further than the 9k today so that I knew I would be alright tomorrow. Ended up doing 12k today. The thing is, I quite enjoyed it. I think this running malarkey (and this website) is taking over (has taken over) my lockdown life.

1) Add the digits of the date together e.g 18th = 1+8 = 9km, 20th = 2+0 = 2km.

2) Run that distance on the relevant date to colour it in.

3) Complete the whole month to get a badge.
