6k completed. A mixture of fog for the first 4k and then a gloriously sunny autumnal day with clear blue skies for the last 2k. Followed by a dog walk because it is such a nice day.

6km done this morning. Time was too tight to squeeze in the other 1km before work so I’ll get it done after work one way or another, even if it means running around the garden.
