Did today's kilometres in 4 runs. This is not efficient but I couldn't face a full 8km run after all the wine last night. Also required a bit of maths. Another day done.

Love birds, but anything bigger than a seagull scares the stuffing out if me! Seeing more and more round here at the moment 😬 they literally terrify me!

Pretty magnificent picture but I might feel a bit watched if I was given to eating bits of meat Quite surprised to be still in. Taking it a day at a time and really enjoying it

I love birds of prey. My best birthday present was an experience day at a bird of prey centre. Was a small place and I just spent the day helping the staff feeding and flying the birds. Held birds ranging from a burrowing owl (6 inches tall) to steppe eagle (6 ft wingspan). It was wonderful
