I've just looked at the sunrise and sunset times for that day with just that thought, LG ;-) I doubt I'll want to go out afterwards though.

Yeah that’s the only thing unless maybe just a mile or two left and it may help with your thought :-(

LazyDaisy, I had a similar dilemma last month on the 11K day and was sure it was going to be game over for me, but somehow I managed to talk myself into going out at 8.30pm in horrendous weather after a stressful day which included over 200 miles of driving, because I knew how annoyed I’d be with myself for dropping out at the eleventh hour if I didn’t. You will be the same, once you’ve got that far you won’t let yourself give up!

I've booked my car in for its MOT on the 29th. The garage WERE very apologetic that I now wouldn't be able to sit and wait

I told them not to worry I'd go for a good long run, although I didn't think it was worth trying to explain run the sum to them and how I needed to run 11k so there was no need to rush the MOT!!

Old Man - my car went in for its MOT & service on Monday so I ran home and then cycled back later to pick it up. Quite a few times over the last few years it's had to be kept in overnight so would never be as brave as to suggest I'll go for a long run and come back when it's ready.

Em, you have a dislike of birds? It was very calm and didn't make a fuss while we waited for our coffee.
