Saturday I was grateful to run in the sun and have a restful day
Sunday I was grateful that I managed a 16 mile run

Today grateful for a catch up chat with my Mum

Saturday for a day at home with absolutely nothing I *had* to do.
Sunday for a walk in the sunshine and learning how to fix the stair door.
Today is challenging. I will be grateful for possibly having fixed the trades' bell so I no longer have to get out of bed to let the paperboy in at weekends.

Today I'm grateful for the slow cooker curry I made yesterday. Quick, healthy and tasty dinner tonight with no effort :-)

Saturday I was grateful for a lovely run.

Sunday for our teenage babysitter and a nice cycle. And that BillyW is very resilient.

I'm grateful for a work from home day where the sun shone the skies were blue at lunchtime allowing me a beautiful run in the snow. Not had such a happy run for months :-)
