Yesterday I was grateful for a good work day, that K got home early and that I did my run before it got too icy
Today I am grateful for helpful colleagues and for a great personal training session in the park this morning

Yesterday I was grateful that at least some of the 6 meetings were positive. That the school always provides lunch and lots of tea when we have whole day meetings. Also that QP is self sufficient enough to take himself off to bed when I have to go to bed early due to migraine.

Today I am grateful to the SALT who gave me a huge confidence boost when she reacted with surprise when I said I wasn't fully qualified and still in my probationary year, she thought I had been 'out there doing it for years' :)

Today I'm grateful for a colleague who makes fabulous butternut squash muffins with cream cheese frosting. And IMs me to tell me that there's only one left cake :-)

Yesterday for a great day's work on my thesis and a lovely run.

Today I have slept badly and feel like crap, so think I'll definitely need to find something to be grateful for.

I wonder if your brain was still processing all of the thesis stuff last night Linds. I definitely had weird sleep patterns when I was engrossed in MSc stuff.

Today I'm grateful for the start of the Six Nations and the start of my twice-yearly rugby fix.
