halfpint
Today I went to the supermarket and was moaning about the lack of fresh fruit/veg, I then came home and unearthed a heap of packet/tinned food that I won in a hamper years ago and is now years out of date. I felt it wasn't good enough for me and my boy, but that food could have made a real difference for some people - I feel guilty but grateful that I have the means to fill my cupboards with healthy nutritious food!

Grateful that I can just step out of the house, put one foot in front of the other and keep going. Many people can't do that for all sorts of reasons.

Not long 'til this year's lambs start appearing all over the Dales. I love spring and am always grateful for the end of the winter
