Walked most of a lap of Usual Suspects challenge with Plodding Hippo so she could mean on me and take the weight off her sore knee. Then dashed round the next lap to catch up with buddy Leon so we could support each other round the rest of the marathon

I gave an even older lady than me my trolley as I had taken the last one of the smaller ones near the door of the supermarket today. Her smile made my day

decorum
I always try to acknowledge people I cross paths with on runs, in the short moment it takes, a grin ... a nod ... a half raised hand wave. Sometimes its reciprocated, generally it's completely ignored . (I'm a big bloke and I get that it could be intimidating, but ... )
Today a little old lady, who was walking in the opposite direction, smiled back and spoke to me just as I finished, which was nice and appreciated.
I know that the thread's for us doing a random act of kindness, but I thought it'd be nice to mention something making my day a little better by not mentally removing me from their landscape

I offered a passenger my train timetable when she asked when she'd need to make her next trip, but the conductor got there first with his PDA, so I couldn't really help at all.

Nessie that's beyond the call of duty!
Stopped and picked up a lady who had done a full face plant and winded herself during 10k yesterday. Helped her sort herself out and recover and saw at the end that she had finished ok.
*goes off to polish halo*

A visiting relly-in-law became so attached to my pretty fetching non-bobbled hat she borrowed over the w/e that she was allowed to take it home with her. It'll get well used where she lives. Nessie, that made me laugh! Well helped CStar, expect that cost you few places
