Flatlander thanks that’s great information, seems a bit pricey or is a portion going to a charity? If so I’ll be happy to pay that😀

Or maybe a copy could be bought and shared by fetch with a charitable donation made for each share?

I’ve just tried it, and it still works. Follow the link in the thread description, and enter the PIN in the boxes provided.

Jono.
We ran on opposite sides of the Mersey, morning for me - nights for swittle.

A walking encyclopedia of music, a stalwart of education & knowledge- I'm pretty sure he had a positive effect on many people's lives.

Met him for a casual run over at Crosby, said we would meet up after the pandemic, never got around to it!

Thank you, fetch for your lovely words. Just perfect, and thank you everyone who could be at the funeral.

I trundled for Switts yesterday up and round the wood. Not close enough to the sea here, but a reminder to get out and do it, even if you’re not feeling it. Do it because you can.

I’ve got a longer event tomorrow - the last time I did it was with a small collection of fetchies (Dave, Roo and Slowboy), it’s popped up as my memory on Facebook today as the day before the event and there under the photo of our night before prep is a a lovely comment from Steve 😍 Such a kind and generous man.

About This Thread

Maintained by Lip Gloss
Never met him in person but always came across as a lovely man.

If you read about his nightly beach runs you could almost have been running along beside him.

He always encouraged others especially on the How was your run thread.

Hope all your beach run are still as perfect as they were while you were here xx

Funeral 5th April 1.30pm at the Thornton Garden of Rest, Lydiate Ln, Thornton, Liverpool L23 1TP
