Being kind is also something to take and continue his brilliant work

It must have taken great strength of mind to overcome his alcohol and mental health issues. Let alone go on and live a good life despite his demons. And he was always so open about it. Willpower should be more highly rated as a great virtue.

Never met him in person but always came across as a lovely man.

If you read about his nightly beach runs you could almost have been running along beside him.

He always encouraged others especially on the How was your run thread.

Hope all your beach run are still as perfect as they were while you were here xx
