I think they will tear themselves apart before the next election TBH. Farage has swapped and changed parties so many times over his career he simply won't be able to hold his party together. I think rivalries and paranoia will do for them. Suspect some awful scandals to come out about their MPs and councillors in the next few years. |

I hope so. I really do. Just feel something different this time, and not in a good way.

What rivalries? It's clear to everyone that Farage is the main guy and it looks like they may be getting an influx of cash via Musk. Also given they aren't in government, they can promise the world even if they can't deliver.

And hearing Starmer claim at PMQ's that the cost would be 'tens of billions' (spoiler: absolutely nothing like) simply infuriates even more.

Labour picking fights with people they will need to vote for them come the next election. Reform lying to gain more votes and present themselves as heroes and it working. What could possibly go wrong? |

Things aren't going great in the UK or the world generally at the moment. Feels like it anyway.

1step2far I travel to GY with work quite often and saw the pile of ammonia on the dockside. A lot of incredulity and laughter from everyone who mentioned it to me. Also the irony that it sat on a dock that Norfolk Line shouted to the council to build for years, and when they did, the company moved around the coast.

@Chrisull Reform = the UK version of the Republican party backed by Musk. Wonder if he will be handing out 1 million GBP to people to get them to vote.
