The Hampshire PCC should be invited for a chat with the home secretary.

The US election is only a coin flip because of the possibility of some significant event in the next few months. There’s no doubt in my mind that Harris will win comfortably if there’s no big shock like a scandal to take out her or her VP pick. After all the punditry saying she was hated etc it’s clear she has charisma, is smart and empathetic, and also politically astute. Basically Obama in a skirt. A few short weeks ago we had the embarrassing spectacle of a senile rambling old man up against someone even older. Now people are finally starting to wise up to the fact that the orange buffoon can’t string a whole sentence together. He will get absolutely shredded in the debate if he doesn’t find an excuse to chicken out. |

I think people wanted a reason to not vote for Trump, but Biden definitely wasn't it. Harris is it, so I'm hoping beyond hope that the USA will come to its collective senses and vote her in and consign Trump to the dustbin of history, where he belongs. |

Trump is the reason not to vote for Trump, lol. I get lack of enthusiasm for either candidate but not voting Trump.

In most peoples eyes, yes. But they just couldn't bring themselves to vote for Biden, for obvious reasons. He certainly isn't firing on all cylinders. But Harris is soooo much better. I bet Trump is soiling his nappy right about now. |

A big defeat would be nice as that might mean he loses his stranglehold on the Republican party and they pivot away from his type of politics rather than someone like Vance getting a chance.

I could never have voted for Biden. |

I think Trump is massive danger so I don't see that as a great decision in this scenario. I do get people being resentful about having two rubbish choices though. |
