Can’t do Twitter links no more. I must say my chakras have been much less misaligned since I binned Muskrat off.

You *can* see the post even if you've closed your twatter account.

I've never had an account.

Well, I click on it and it won’t let me. Sometimes it does but sometimes it doesn’t.

That's probably just twitter breaking.

Anyway Starmer has accepted the black hole, so feels like we just get tinkering around the edges if the hole needs top be filled and in the same time frame.

Once the Tories start muttering about rejoin labour can out Tory them and go full rejoin, them it's a race to see who's most pro EU.

It’s baffling to me that we have one single measure which will:
Increase inward investment

Reduce bureaucracy and associated costs by billions
Unjam all the trade blockages
Increase trade enormously
Sort out labour shortages

Immediately increase GDP and national income, including tax receipts

But no politician wants to even talk about it. What fools we are.

But Starmer has absolutely gone out of his way to prevent this, which baffles me. If Labour at some point want to pivot to rejoining, they have on record commitments not to do so, which can be waved in their faces by the Tories and the right-wing press. There was simply no need to be so unequivocal about this.

It doesn't work like that anyway, the argument will be we've made a choice to go back into the SM/CU but we stay outside the EU.

Also even if it did, once again the Tories will be setting the playing field.
