So the missile was likely a Ukrainian one which hit Poland. Therefore NATO should invade Ukraine, for attacking a NATO member. Discuss. This shows a willfull and intentional lack of nuance & understanding of the situation. Is this really the thread for you?
Unfortunately, it literally took 10 seconds on Twitter to find far, far worse takes on this development, and some by people with supposed informed intelligence and power and military background. And that's on a variety of takes on what to do.

Even if it had been a Russian missile, the sudden war panic would have been unjustifiable. It hit a farm. Tragic for the people on the farm, obviously, but if Russia were deliberately attacking Poland, how likely is it that they would aim one of their missiles at a random farm? It was clearly an error on someone's part.

I think it's highly likely that if Russia wanted to escalate, they would hit a few soft targets "by accident" and ramp up their actions gradually. It gives their boot-lickers a fig-leaf of cover if NATO retaliated in any way.

fozzy - I predict a 3 seat one, which is 220-215. I think Boebert is going to lose hers in CO-03, overseas ballots look good for Dems which they start counting tomorrow, but out of her lead of 1,192 they've already cured 550 ballots for Frisch!! Will still be close.
However the other three ones CA3, CA22 and CA27 the Dems need I believe are all out of reach pretty much according to the Twitter ears on the ground.
The GOP candidate called CA3 for himself this morning, but fortunately that's not how it works. But his lead looks tough with only 100,00 ballots left and that famous California blue shift (a late swing to the Dems) looking to not be happening.
