It feels as though the recommendations in the report have been somewhat softened by stuff they did after the interim report. Most of them are along the lines of "I am glad to see they've done something about this".

Yep, agree - bit of a damp squib, alas. Doesn't mean the public won't continue to be furious, though. By-election results will be the next key event, I suspect - I don't see Johnson being pushed out before then (although the 'misleading Parliament' enquiry, which SG's remit doesn't cover, could cause trouble sooner)...

Has it been redacted / edited for public purposes? There was talk this morning of a 37 page report - the linked copy is only 10 pages.
Link is to the full report, but confusingly the original report is appended at the end with the old page numbers, so it looks as if you've only got a 12 page doc!
